These Terms of Service govern your use of Clear Cut Debt Lab ('the App'), operated by Intellectual Wit Consulting ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Clear Cut Debt Lab is a personal credit card tracking and organizational tool provided for organizational and entertainment purposes only. The App is NOT a licensed financial advisor, credit counselor, bank, or regulated financial institution. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, credit, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

• Allows tracking of 1 credit card

• Access to payoff calculator and utilization ring

• Available at no charge

Pro Plan

• $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year

• 7-day free trial for new subscribers

• Up to 10 credit cards

• Full access to all features including Payoff Plan, Budget Lab, and Closing Date Alerts

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

• Manage or cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings

4. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Clear Cut Debt Lab is an organizational tool for personal tracking and entertainment purposes only.

The App does not provide financial advice, credit counseling, debt management services, or any regulated financial service. All calculations and payoff projections are estimates based solely on the information you enter. Actual results will vary.

We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the App. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App

• Keep your account credentials secure

• Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features of Clear Cut Debt Lab are the intellectual property of Intellectual Wit Consulting. 'Clear Cut Debt Lab' is a trademark of Intellectual Wit Consulting, registered or pending registration with the USPTO.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLECTUAL WIT CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account by contacting support@clearcutdebtlab.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
